Summit Lane has had no recorded sale for over ten years. Kadenwood, because it is the newest development has now recorded sales at a higher price than any of the other developments.

“The lack of ski-in ski-out sales inventory drives buyers to other neighbourhoods of Whistler. Finding a ski-chalet which will compensate for not being slope-side is not difficult.
