The Carleton Lodge, 4290 Mountain Square, Whistler, BC, is in the heart of Whistler Village. The building has the enviable location of being steps away from the Whistler Village Gondola, the Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola and the Fitzsimmons Chair. However, the foyer where the elevator is leading to the condos does not represent a high-priced condo…no-one is going is going to be impressed!
These condos are sought after for two reasons: 1) they are steps away from the lifts, and 2) people want to rent them not only in winter but also in summer again due to the location within the village. Even in the off-season, anyone who wants to stay in Whistler Village would certainly consider the Carleton Lodge…the location is excellent.

The Carleton Lodge is in an amazing location at the base where Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains converge in Whistler Village. Located across Mountain Square from the Carleton Lodge, are 3 lifts: 1)the Whistler Village Gondola and 2) the Fitzsimmons Chair service Whistler Mountain; and 3)the Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola services Blackcomb Mountain. The views from the front of the Carleton Lodge facing up the mountains is fantastic. The building has underground parking and has a small condo strata. It is zoned for nightly rental which can be managed either through the front desk of the Sundial Lodge, or through another management company or by yourself.
The Carleton Lodge is located above the Longhorn pub which is an iconic Whistler pub and apres ski favourite. Therefore, it is very lively, and the energy continues when the pub empties in the wee, small hours. The pub has a huge outdoor patio so the noise off that will also resonate upwards. This location is a major outdoor venue for great concerts, and events, for example, the World Ski and Snowboard Festival. This is a location I would recommend if you are going to be out enjoying the night life and want to be part of the action with the rest of those staying in Whistler Village. Table of Contents.
