Sadly, there are very few locations of ski-in ski-out townhouse locations on Whistler Mountain and Blackcomb Mountain. It doesn’t matter if you are in the Benchlands, Whistler Village or at Whistler Creekside. Therefore, when you are looking for a property which you have been dreaming of for years, you may have to adjust your criteria or you may not find anything suitable.
The biggest decision may be whether you can accept a neighbour above or below you. If you cannot, then the field becomes even smaller.
Then there is the garage factor. If you want a garage then the list gets smaller again. I am not saying it is impossible to find what you want, but it may take time. You may also have to adjust your search criteria. My role is to help you make that adjustment.
