This is a great opportunity to generate revenue from you ski-in/ski-out townhouse with private hot tub. I expect it will depend on what you pay for the property. Not many people renting out Cedar Ridge when you paid $2000/sq. ft. to purchase it in 2017.
You can use any rental management company you wish, or you can self-manage your townhouse, if you have the motivation. Have a look at the Building site plan (see table of contents above) and you will see the ski-in/ski-out access points. Obviously some townhomes are closer to the hill than others, but really, they are all within a very short walk to the Village Run on Blackcomb Mountain.
The benefit is that the Village Run leads into Whistler Village and gives you a choice of uploading to the Roundhouse on Whistler Mountain on the Whistler Village Gondola or uploading to Blackcomb Mountain on the Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola. There is also a third option which uploads to Whistler Mountain on the Fitzsimmons chair.
In summary, you have a great selection so that you can choose the shortest line for the weather conditions. No other ski access trail leads to Whistler Village apart from this Cedar Ridge trail. Table of contents.

Every townhouse has a single car garage, and a space on the pad outside the garage, this is about it for parking. There are a few visitor spots but you would really want to bring as few vehicles as possible up to Whistler…you certainly won’t need them in this location, once you arrive. Table of Contents.
In the world of real estate, this area up on Glacier Drive is referred to as the Benchlands, which is serviced by a free shuttle bus. In the world of Whistler transit, www.bctransit.com/whistler, this bus route 7 is not acknowledged as the Benchlands. This means that you need your fare ready. The best part is that there is bus stop on either side of Glacier Drive. They are very close to the joint entrance to Cedar Hollow and Cedar Ridge.
I would not advise walking up or down Glacier Drive at any time of day and especially not at night. Table of Contents.
