Covid-19 Effect On April 2020 Compared To April 2019
Not much explanation needed here. Less sales, more listings puts pressure on downward pricing. With 11 new listings in April, anyone who lists right now must know that it looks as though they have to get out of the market.
- Sales from April 1 – April 13, 2020 = Zero
- Sales from April 1 – April 13, 2019 = 22
- New Listings April 1 – April 13, 2020 = 11
- New Listings April 1 – April 13, 2019 = 4
