Location of Ski-in/Ski-out Condos for Sale in Whistler, BC

There are three areas for ski-in/ski-out condos in Whistler. Each location has a different mountain access, and therefore a different lift for uploading.

1. Whistler Village access to Blackcomb Mountain and Whistler Mountain

Steps away from the lifts for uploading to Whistler Mountain are Whistler Village Gondola and the Fitzsimmons quad chair. Steps away is the Blackcomb Excalibur Gondola  for uploading to Blackcomb Mountain.

Please note, I no longer feature  Whistler village properties. It is a big hassle coping with the party people coming home from the abundant village nightlife. I could never recommend a village purchase.

2. Benchlands access to Blackcomb Mountain

Le Chamois is steps away from the Wizard Express quad chair. The Aspens and Woodrun are slopeside to  Merlin’s Run which ends at the Wizard Express. The Greystone Lodge, is a short, flat walk to the access point for Merlin’s Run.

3. Whistler Creekside access to Whistler Mountain

The Whistler Creekside Gondola is the lift which is steps away from First Tracks Lodge.
