Parking stalls for sale, opens up your options and is within the budget of most buyers. This is especially true when the buyer is considering spending several million dollars on a Whistler recreational home. The reality for most buyers is that the value/sq. ft. of ski-in ski-out real estate is worth it if you definitely want slopeside accommodation. However, there is a supreme lack of detached houses which are walk to the village and offer ski-in ski-out access. Therefore, buyers have to consider whether it is better to buy a house with a ski-home trail and bus or drive to the slopes, or consider other locations in Whistler. Owning a parking stall may be your solution.

Parking at the Base of Blackcomb
There is a parking stall for sale for $60,000 and it is located in the Glacier Lodge. This is an excellent, central location for year round use. The layout of the Glacier Lodge runs parallel to the Fairmont Chateau Whistler. This means that you can come out of the parking lot, and walk within the Lodge to the door closest to Le Chamois. From there the Blackcomb Gondola is within sight…and it really is a short walk to the gondola.
Parking at Creekside Gondola
A parking stall within First Tracks Lodge was just listed for $35,000. Now this is a perfect spot for anyone who owns south of Alta Vista, or on the west side of Alta Lake. With this parking spot you also have ski/board storage in the lockers of First Tracks Lodge. This might be the best $35,000 you have ever spent!
