Why A Niche Market?
Several years ago I decided to focus on the ski-in ski-out real estate niche in Whistler. The main reason I narrowed my marketing focus was to help the buyer cut through all the clutter on the internet. Potential buyers were getting lost online and their frustration was evident. Buyers did not know where to find out of what was for sale in this niche, there was no site with Active Ski-in Ski-out Listings. At the time, I think most people were learning to navigate their way around the web…me included. It was easy to have empathy for the buyer, and I knew how to help them. Here we are four years later.
