Charts Comparing Phase 2 Properties

This page is a guideline of comparisons between the big 3 Phase 2 hotels: 1) Westin Resort and Spa, 2) Pan Pacific Mountainside, and 3) Four Seasons Hotel. The Blackcomb Springs would not be considered one of the big 3, but the location is excellent on the side of Blackcomb Mountain. While the Four Seasons Hotel is not ski-in ski-out, it has a shuttle bus to and from the slopes with a Ski Concierge Shop location at the Base of Blackcomb Mountain, which offers a first-class ski-valet experience. Most buyers include it when considering a Phase 2 purchase.

Considered a commercial purchase, each of these Phase 2 hotel condo properties has a variation on the owner’s financial statements, so it is difficult to determine which property produces the most revenue based on the capital outlay. In addition, owner booking restrictions and cancellations also vary.
