House Sales Summary
Since Vail Resorts purchased Whistler Blackcomb, there has been an increase in the number of buyers from the USA. Not only that, but since March 2020 the pandemic has also had an effect of this market. We have seen a dramatic increase in Buyers for the luxury market, and the inventory of ski-in ski-out houses and estate homes were among the top luxury real estate to be purchased.
The sales charts below have data going back further than you should need. However, along with the Home Price Index (HPI) graph on the Market Update page, this will prove the investment quality of Whistler.
