Townhome Sales Summary

The ski-in ski-out townhome market in Whistler is placed a price bracket above the ski-in ski-out condo market. However, it is positioned several brackets from the luxury half-duplex/townhouse market which are featured on this site. Therefore, like the condo market which is owned by the Vancouver and Lower Mainland market of BC. This segment is always in demand from buyers who live only a few hours away by car. In addition, these townhomes have at least one or two more bedrooms than a condo, so the rental demand for this segment is greater than the condo market. Either way, this segment is sought after for lifestyle and investment.
