The sales history of this segment of the ski-in ski-out Whistler real estate continues to provide confidence. Compare the charts above with the Home Price Index (HPI) for townhomes on the Market Update page. By doing that exercise you will be able to tell the percentage increase in this segment for a particular period of time.

Since 2020 the demand for larger accommodation has increased. The luxury townhouse market has gained popularity as an excellent alternative to purchasing a detached house with ski-in ski-out access.
