Sales of Ski-in/Ski-out Condo Apartments
This condo apartment sales page is for those of us who like a lot of information in order to make a decision. Sales of ski-in/ski-out condos were pulled from WhistlerListings.com (WLS). WLS is the real estate site where all Whistler real estate agents post their listings. From there, most agents post their sales on other sites.

The ski-in ski-out condo segment of the Whistler real estate market is basically owned by the Vancouver and Lower Mainland residents. These condos have offered nightly rental income in winter with exceptional rates at Christmas, New Year, and the American statutory holidays. Many owners also enjoy using their condos as residential while earning under $30,000 gross revenue to keep them under the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) radar.
With the increased demand for what would be considered entry-level into the Whistler real estate market, the condo apartment market in Whistler remains a sought-after investment.
