Vail Resorts Influence
Since Vail Resorts purchased Whistler Blackcomb, there has been an increase in the number of buyers from the USA. Not only that, but since March 2020 the pandemic has also had an effect on this market. We have seen a dramatic increase in Buyers for the luxury market, and the inventory of ski-in ski-out houses and estate homes was among the top luxury real estate to be purchased.
